The project

What began as a refresh became a permanent digital headquarters.

Peaches needed more than another promotional site. The work spans film, live performance, drag history, products, collaborators, and a devoted audience—all of it vulnerable when it lives only on social platforms. The new site turns that unruly, wonderful world into something Peaches can own, grow, and invite people into.

Midnight Mass spotlight · conversion strategy

Make every visit an invitation to join the cult.

The redesign turns Midnight Mass into a recurring feature across the site—not a podcast hidden on one destination page. Reusable episode spotlights bring film clips, new releases, and listening paths into high-traffic moments, building recognition and giving visitors a clear next step.

A repeatable promotional system for discovery, listening, and return visits.

Before / after · one living archive

The personality was always there. The new structure lets it take over.

The inherited site held vivid photography, cult history, live shows, video, and a growing podcast—but each part lived in its own narrow room. The redesign turns that material into one theatrical publishing system: immediate at first glance, coherent as it grows, and built for discovery.

The inherited landscape

Four pages. One unmistakable voice. No shared rhythm.

Seen together, the old pages reveal the real design problem: not a lack of material, but a lack of relationships between it. These long captures are treated as archival artifacts—evidence of the scale and variety the new system needed to hold.

01

A living digital home

The site is designed as a destination, not a résumé: current work, deep history, and community all meet without flattening the personality.

02

The Midnight Mass archive

Years of performances and ephemera gain a browsable structure while retaining the feeling of discovery.

03

Built to evolve

Reusable publishing patterns make it practical to add new events, films, products, and stories over time.

04

Theatrical, not chaotic

Scale, color, and dramatic imagery bring the spectacle; disciplined hierarchy keeps every route understandable.
